This is a genuine vintage suitcase which has been upcycled into a fabulous small table. The bottom of the case has been reinforced to allow legs to be fitted. Vintage style travel labels have been stuck to the case and then the case has been finished with a varnish/ sealant. Inside the case the lid and base have been fitted with board that has been decorated with a genuine vintage map (of parts of France) and then sealed to provide a wipe clean surface. The suitcase sits on metal legs painted in grey with metallic copper coloured tips. The legs will be removed for transport and simply screw into the base (no tools required). The handle and latches are original and still work and come complete with two keys. Overall height (floor to top of case): 54cm. Leg height (fitted): 38cm. Case external dimensions: 56cm x 34cm x 15cm. Case internal dimensions (available storage area): 53cm x 32cm x12cm. Please note that as the suitcase is old and used it does have signs of wear etc. And the top has some wrinkles where the fabric has been stretched from use (this can be seen in the photos).
