Authentic Handel Bronze Table lamp with Original Glass Shade. This authentic and vintage Handel bedside table or boudoir lamp retains its original shaped and frosted glass shade and is in excellent condition. It has a great molded pattern on its bronze base and has its original finial, chain and acorn pull. The bronze surface on the stem may have been lightly cleaned long ago but still has great patina. It has a very old bulb that still works. Power cord has been replaced. The bell shaped glass shade is frosted (or etched) and molded with an unusual pattern. No chips or cracks. Note the heat release feature incorporated in the bronze finial (three holes). This keeps the bulb and glass cool. This even has its original felt bottom and woven cloth label attached! (the felt could use some glue). Please feel free to ask questions or request more pictures. Sorry, we dont know the pattern names of the shade or base possibly basket weave? But will continue to research. Overall height is 14 approx. Base diameter is 5 1/2. Shade diameter is 8 1/2. Please review the photos which are an excellent representation of condition.
