Made with lots of love. This is a burnt wood, vintage nightstand that has been distressed & newly refinished. The nightstand has been sanded down then torched or burned to highlight the natural wood grain before being stained & sealed with a polyurethane finish for added durability. There is also a vintage, up-cycled breadbox that has been added to the top of the nightstand for extra storage. The up-cycled top storage portion has been repaired, refinished & done in the same burnt wood finish as the nightstand. It is removable meaning it fastens snugly, using three screws, onto the top of the nightstand with a hinge on the backside so if you would prefer the piece without the upper storage area that’s an option as well. There are ornate wood carved accents that have also been done with a burnt wood finish on the top & bottom. The drawer sides, insides of the drawers & inside of the top storage space have been painted in a teal, grayish, green color. This solid wood nightstand is very sturdy, in excellent condition & newly refinished with smooth sliding drawers.
